Senior Operations Manager

The Senior Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, shipping, returns, sanitation, transportation, and yard management. This role ensures operational safety, efficiency, and quality standards, while fostering teamwork and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with leadership to align operations with company goals, ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and FDA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transportation Oversight: Manage logistics, route optimization, fleet, and driver operations while ensuring DOT compliance and efficiency.
  
• Warehouse Oversight: Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and warehouse layout. Maintain compliance with SOPs and safety regulations.
  
• Shift Operations: Monitor safety, productivity, and quality during shifts. Drive best practices, enforce SOPs, and address accidents or damage.
  
• Team Management: Supervise all warehouse and transportation staff across shifts. Promote accountability, growth, and collaboration.
  
• Planning & Reporting: Review daily operations, trends, and issues. Develop action plans for continuous improvement.
