The Senior Operations Systems Officer oversees and optimizes Hiawatha Academies' operational systems and processes. Supporting 3 schools and 1,600 students. This role combines strategic planning with technical expertise to ensure efficient, scalable, and innovative operational solutions. The position involves creating and managing system implementations, integrations, and upgrades while aligning operational technologies with organizational objectives.
