Main responsibilities:
- SME on terminal operations, tank transfers and onto mode of transport such as Rail, truck and waterbourne transportation.
- Timely updating of trade capture system to reflect physical activities
- Costs estimation,(inspection, freight, freight differentials, all shipping related costs and demurrage etc.)
- Invoicing
- Payments of commodity invoices and all service related invoices (inspection, freight etc.)
- Barge Chartering and scheduling
- Logistics synchronisation at terminals to expedite terminal movements and mitigate any losses
- Shipping ops (LOI's Commingling, Discharge), Voyage orders
- Invoicing, update accounts department, cross check payment status with accounts/bank, issuing invoices as per Lc terms, unpaid follow up + chase;
- File storage and archive setting;
- Storage management, execution of blending orders, checking and payment of storage related invoices
- Week-end and AOH duty in order to make sure that all vessel/barge/storage and blending ops are executed correctly
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 7 years experience in physical movement of oil products in refinery or terminal
- Experience with marine logistics (barge and vessel) and pipeline logistics.
- Experience to commercial agreements on the movement of oil products, contracts, terminalling agreements, pipeline contracts
- Exposure to truck and rail car logistics for physical oil products
