About the Opportunity

Ellucian is seeking a dedicated Senior Partner Analyst to drive the success of our technology partnerships by supporting SaaS readiness, integration efforts, and partner enablement initiatives. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and aligning joint go-to-market strategies, fostering strong relationships built on trust, and establishing key cadences to ensure that both partner and Ellucian goals are met and exceeded. You will report to the Director of Technology Partnerships within Ellucian's Corporate Strategy organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and initiatives.

Where you will make an impact
  • Relationship Development: Build and maintain deep, trusting relationships with partners, acting as a primary point of contact to support strategic alignment.
  • SaaS Readiness Support: Guide partners in preparing their solutions for SaaS deployment and ensure seamless integration with Ellucian's products.
  • Integration and Technical Support: Assist partners with technical integration processes, troubleshooting, and best practices to ensure optimized collaboration and deployment.
  • Sales Enablement: Drive partner readiness for sales enablement activities, providing tools and resources to support joint selling efforts.
  • Joint Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies that drive mutual growth and engagement.
  • Goal Alignment and Strategic Cadences: Develop regular communication cadences with partner stakeholders to align on objectives, track progress, and support ongoing mutual success.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks to partnership success and develop mitigation plans to ensure the achievement of shared business goals.
  • Data Management: Track partnership data in Salesforce and other systems of record, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of customer information.
  • Advocacy and Reference Building: Support partner advocacy initiatives and secure partner references to strengthen Ellucian's market presence.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with Ellucian's sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive partner experience.
  • Business Case Development: Collaborate with partners to develop comprehensive business cases that highlight the mutual value of partnership, support investment decisions, and outline strategic growth opportunities.

What you will bring
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, or account management within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong background in supporting integration, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy development.
  • 2+ years of experience managing critical customer or partner issues with senior management
  • preferred
  • Knowledge of higher education technology solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a focus on trust and collaboration.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align goals across organizations.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • High adaptability and problem-solving skills, especially within fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in managing data and reporting within Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Self-starter with a commitment to delivering value for partners and customers alike.
