Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead our North American marketing efforts for the Sage Intacct Accountants Program (SIAP)-a critical growth channel for Sage Intacct, the only financial management solution endorsed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

In this role, you'll develop and deliver the marketing strategy that engages leaders of outsourced accounting and advisory practices (CAAS), helping them fully realize the value of Sage Intacct in scaling their practice and enhancing client service. Your focus will be on driving adoption within these firms, strengthening their usage, and positioning Sage Intacct as the solution they trust and recommend to their clients.

You'll bring together strategic planning and hands-on execution-partnering closely with internal teams and practice leads to deliver compelling campaigns, targeted messaging, and meaningful engagement across the full partner journey. A background in marketing through CPA firms-or direct experience as an accountant or CPA turned marketer-is essential to understanding the Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) audience and building credibility in the market.

Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of partner marketing experience, including building sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with programs with Accounting/CPA firms
Direct experience marketing through CPA firms, with an understanding of how to influence firm-wide adoption and client recommendation
Former experience as an accountant or CPA turned marketer is a strong plus
Experience with B2B SaaS, ERP, or cloud-based accounting/financial management software
Strong understanding of accounting firm structures and the Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) model
Experience building joint marketing plans with partners and engaging senior stakeholders (e.g., practice leaders)
Skilled in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), content development, digital campaigns, and partner enablement
Ability to translate strategic goals into practical execution plans across multiple marketing channels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to external partners
Comfortable working in a matrixed environment and collaborating across teams

Location Requirement: Hybrid; 3 days per week from our Atlanta, Austin or Portland office.

Partner Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a North American SIAP partner marketing strategy aligned with regional business goals.
Apply Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage top CPA firms and support firm expansion.
Define and manage lead flow, segmentation, and marketing performance measurement.
Build and execute a to-partner communication strategy, including messaging infrastructure and targeted campaigns.
Create and manage a partner-facing content hub that includes enablement toolkits, positioning guides, and best practices.
Drive awareness and partner success through case studies, success stories, and digital campaigns.

Partner Engagement & Enablement
Build joint marketing plans with SIAP partners and CAAS practice leaders to support growth and adoption.
Identify scalable, programmatic marketing tactics that increase partner engagement and effectiveness.
Develop tailored value propositions that align with the needs of practice leaders and users inside partner firms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Budget Ownership
Collaborate with product marketing, performance marketing (direct), customer marketing and partner development managers to align partner efforts with broader priorities.
Manage and optimize the partner marketing budget, including oversight of marketing development funds (MDF).

Performance Measurement
Track and report on key metrics including sales-qualified opportunities (SQOs), marketing contribution to revenue, and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
Ensure accurate forecasting and alignment of marketing investments to performance goals.
