Business Prime is a subscription program tailored for verified business, nonprofit, and government customers. It extends the benefits of the familiar Prime shopping experience to the workplace, with pricing and features built specifically for business needs. Today, Business Prime supports millions of businesses worldwide-from sole proprietors to government organizations with tens of thousands of users.

The Business Prime team is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead the development of strategic partnerships that enhance the Business Prime value proposition. In this global role, you'll identify, negotiate, and launch new collaborations -

working with both internal and external partners - that deliver compelling benefits to our members. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and program growth by sourcing and launching new value-added offerings. Key job responsibilities

- Customer Insights and Business Case: Scope and commission customer research, use voice of the customer mechanisms to glean customer needs that can be uniquely met by Amazon Business and Business Prime.

- Identify New Opportunities: Scope new external business and partnership opportunities which align with Business Prime's mission and strategic priorities, analyze opportunities, and communicate recommendations through well-thought-out memos written to leadership.

- Partner Engagement: Engage, build relationships and negotiate deals with external partners to acquire Business Prime customers and create new benefits for our customers.

- End-to-end Product Ownership: Define product features, create clear engineering ready documents, in partnership with User Experience Design, to build new end to end benefit experiences and acquisition mechanisms.

- Goal Ownership: Own goals for partner led Business Prime acquisition and the customer and P&L impact associated with the creation and adoption of new benefits.

Business Prime is a paid subscription service for verified business, charity or government organizations that provides the familiar Prime shopping experience end users love at home, with pricing plans and benefits that are suited for work. Business Prime serves millions of organizations throughout the world, and continues to grow in all regions. Our customers range from government entities with tens of thousands of users to sole proprietors.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

- End-to-end deal experience, including identifying, developing, and executing successful partnerships such as largescale marketing deals, technical collaborations, and strategic technology relationships.

- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders

- Experience structuring and negotiating agreements and leading cross functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Partnership and Business Development experience in technology, private equity, investment banking, or venture investing industries.

- Ability to manage and recommend strategic investment decisions.

- Financial acumen with the ability to analyze income, balance sheet and cash flow statements. Can construct an operating P&L, model deals, and articulate cost/benefit analyses.

- Experience with global and emerging markets.

- Uses sound business judgment and quantitative skills to produce innovative, intentional, and creative work. Can think both strategically and at the ground level.

- Oral and written skills to communicate complex issues.
