About the role

As a Senior Partnerships Manager you'll be instrumental in expanding our member base by managing and growing strategic partnerships. In this role, you'll manage existing relationships, develop new partnerships, and oversee the integration and execution of partnership strategies.

This role is based at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA or New York City. Employees hired for this position will work in office Monday-Friday. If you are not currently located in one of these areas, your willingness to relocate will be a contingency for employment.

What you'll do with us
  • Manage and build new and existing partner relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on partnership goals and initiatives.
  • Develop a scalable model for formalizing partnerships
  • Identify, develop relationships, and negotiate deals with new partners:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related communication and relationship management.
    • Work with legal and finance teams to manage contracts, compliance, and partnership-related financials.
  • Monitor partnership performance through KPIs, reporting, and regular check-ins with partners.


What will set you apart
  • Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals.
  • Experience building partner programs in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities.
  • Clear, persuasive, and effective in both written and verbal communication, with an ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of initiatives with minimal guidance.
