Description:
We are seeking a Senior PCB Mixed Signal Design Engineer to join our multidisciplinary engineering team. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing advanced beam delivery systems for fiber-based laser solutions. You will be responsible for schematic capture, FPGA design, board development, and system integration from concept to production.

- Lead the full lifecycle of PCB design and development, from schematic capture to board testing and optimization.
- Design and develop FPGA-based solutions using Verilog for high-performance electronic systems.
- Utilize OrCAD for schematic design and collaborate on PCB layout.
- Conduct hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation using tools like Signal Tap, oscilloscopes, and other lab equipment.
- Work with external interfaces such as I2C, SPI, QSPI, and troubleshoot Clock Domain Crossing (CDC) issues.
- Support manufacturing tests, calibration procedures, and system debugging for new and existing products.
- Assist in compliance certification processes for electronic systems.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, specifications, and design reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic components into laser systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, PCB design, and FPGA RTL development using Verilog.
- Proficiency in OrCAD, ModelSim, and Quartus for schematic design and simulation.
- Experience in analog design, control systems, DSP, or high-efficiency power supplies is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN).
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize high-performance electronic boards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
