Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably in a senior or lead role
- In-depth knowledge of HRIS software and HR technology trends
- Certification in HRIS systems or project management is a plus
- Strong understanding of HR compliance requirements and data privacy regulations
- Experience in process improvement and system implementation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and practices
- Proficiency in UKG Pro WFM, UKG Pro and reporting in within each platform
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insight
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting
What you'll be doing:
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system, including system configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting, and user support
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to assess and analyze current HRIS processes and systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain HRIS policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide support and training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality, ensuring proper utilization of the system's capabilities
- Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide accurate and timely HR data for management decision-making
- Collaborate with IT department and vendors to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems and troubleshoot any technical issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and recommend enhancements or new tools that align with the organization's needs
- Participate in system upgrades or implementations, including testing, documentation, and training
- Lead or contribute to HRIS-related projects, such as system upgrades, process improvements, and data migration
- Ensure data privacy and security by implementing and maintaining appropriate controls and protocols
