  • Exceptional Stability & Team Culture - Most employees have been with the company 8-12+ years; the firm emphasizes work-life balance, collaboration, and professional development.

  • Investment Research & Market Insights - Conduct in-depth market analysis, generate investment ideas, and lead the firm's quarterly market commentaries.
  • Client Engagement & Communication - Assist lead advisors with high-net-worth client meetings, provide economic insights, and educate team members on market trends.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship - Work closely with the trading and planning teams, mentor junior professionals, and contribute to firm-wide strategy discussions.

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in portfolio management or investment analysis.
  • CFA or similar designation preferred (or a strong willingness to earn one).
  • Deep expertise in financial markets, investment vehicles, and risk management strategies.
  • Proactive, confident decision-making and a strong track record of investment success.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with clients, advisors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Y-Charts, Morningstar, Envestnet, NetX360, and other portfolio management tools.
