The Senior Print Producer is responsible for managing the production of projects that combine multiple services, such as print/retouching, mechanicals, proofing and more. They work with a variety of teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet client requirements.
Location: Hybrid out of our Dallas or Chicago office.
Schedule: Mandatory in office 3 days per week and 2 remote. Hours are 9-6pm

Reports to the Executive Producer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee multiple projects, from the initial briefing to the final wrap. This includes managing schedules, generating budgets, and resolving conflicts.
- Establish and maintain effective, trusting and collaborative working relationships with clients, 3rd party partners and internal departments.
- Create estimates and schedules and manage projects from beginning to end to make sure they are on time and on budget.
- Serve as primary communicator with creative, account and project managers on upcoming and active project statuses.
- Work with the Executive Producer to identify growth opportunities, client revenue forecasting and tracking burn on projects.
- Collaborate with EPs in other NA offices for shared support, production knowledge, and best practices.
- Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshoot production challenges.
- Assist EP with tasking studio resources across projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years in a production environment.
- Agency experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working across multiple accounts at one time.
- Excellent time management skills and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and progressively to find creative solutions for any problem.
- Knowledge of Print and OOH specs, color assessment and printing.
- Maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Organized and works well under tight and changing deadlines
- Efficient problem solver in a production environment.
- Experience working with project management tools (Hive, Microsoft D365, ScreenDragon, or similar)
