Trading Technologies is looking to add a Senior Procurement Operations Analyst to our Chicago office. This position will be part of our General Counsel Team, primarily responsible for optimizing our procurement processes and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies and compliance. You will work closely with various departments to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor spend, and support the company's compliance with privacy policies and licensing agreements.

What Will You Be Involved With?

• Strategic Requisition & Purchase Order Management: Lead and optimize the end-to-end purchase requisition and purchase order process within the ERP system, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Procurement Process Ownership & Optimization: Serve as a key co-owner and administrator of the organization's procurement processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance daily business operations and efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Strategic Sourcing Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional leadership to define procurement needs, develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Data-Driven Procurement Analytics & Performance Improvement: Develop and utilize advanced procurement analytics to monitor key performance indicators, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive data-driven process improvements.
• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Leadership & Optimization: Leverage the CLM system to streamline contract management, ensure compliance, and proactively manage contract milestones throughout the lifecycle, driving efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Strategic Vendor & Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors, fostering collaborative partnerships and driving strategic alignment.
• Supplier Evaluation & Strategic Negotiation: Lead the identification, evaluation, and selection of potential suppliers, and spearhead complex negotiations to secure favorable terms and contracts, maximizing value and minimizing risk.
• Advanced Spend Analysis & Cost Optimization: Conduct in-depth spend analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost optimization, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive significant savings.
• Ad-Hoc Procurement Projects & Analysis: Manage and execute ad-hoc procurement projects and analyses as required, providing expert support and contributing to the overall success of the procurement function.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Procurement function role
• Advanced skills in Excel/GSuite
• Experience with CLM's and ERP's
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Role will require interaction with multiple departments, internal clients and external vendors
• Extremely detail oriented with the ability to quickly address and rectify any errors
• Exceptional organizational and follow through abilities
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects with multiple timelines
• Bachelor's degree in, Business, Finance or related field
