We are the developers of Halo, the blockbuster series of video games. As part of Xbox Game Studios, the Halo franchise encompasses games, television series, novels, comics, licensed collectibles, apparel and more. We are looking for new Spartans to join our team to build the next generation of games and experiences in our award-winning sci-fi universe. Do you understand modern console/PC games? As a Senior Producer, you'll leverage knowledge of the end-to-end game production lifecycle to ensure forward movement in a timely manner, while retaining quality within the product. You'll also create strategy and drive execution across multidisciplinary teams - both internal and external - with high level of industry knowledge and experience. When they arise, you will proactively identify and escalate problems and drive resolution of those problems while considering of cost, quality, and time. Roles at our studio are flexible, and you can work from home up to two days a week in this role.

Qualifications:
Required qualification s :
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in production roles in gaming or entertainment industry, or other multi-disciplinary leadership
- Experience in development and shipping of one product release.
Exp er ience with taking a product from inception to production.
- Ability to meet Mic r o s oft, cu s t omer and/or government s ecurity s cree nin g requirement s i s required for t hi s role. The s e requirement s include, but are not limited to, the following s pecialized s ecurity s cree nin g s :
- Mic r o s oft Cloud Background Check: T hi s po s ition will be required to pa s s the Mic r o s oft Cloud background check upon hi re/tran s fer and every two year s thereafter.
