Lead Product Designer

Location: 100% Remote

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in web and mobile design, particularly within the HealthTech sector, and will be proficient in using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing and user-friendly digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop user-friendly web and mobile interfaces that align with our HealthTech products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Implement typography and visual designs that enhance user experience
• Participate in user research and usability testing to iterate on designs
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and best practices in digital design
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep our products competitive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience wiith Product Design
• Experience working within HealthTech Industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design and mobile design projects
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent understanding of typography and visual design principles
• Proven Experience with end-to-end product design and implementation
• Familiarity with web design standards and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Nice to have: Experience with WebFlow, Motion Design, B2B Marketing, and SaaS products
