We're seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join the QuickBooks Payments team, focused primarily on AR features for mid market businesses.

The expected base pay range for this position is:Bay Area: $148,500 - $201,000This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at ).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Responsibilities
- Lead, deliver, and contribute user experience design for AR experiences for an industry-leading mid market platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver end to end user experiences
- Plan and conduct user research, including surveys, usability testing, and user interviews
- Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Ensure a consistent user-centered design approach across all projects
- Deliver pixel perfect specs for development
- Work closely with developers to ensure implementation is to spec
