This position will support the Check Collections suite of products including, Remote Deposit Capture (Desktop Deposit), Wells Fargo Electronic Cash Letter, Paper Checks, Returns, International Checks, Direct Clearing, and Float to deliver a market leading solution for check deposits to our commercial customers.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead or participate in product management initiatives and deliverables for product lines or services
  • Contribute to product analysis across applicable markets, conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis
  • Resolve complex issues and lead team to meet project goals, objectives and deliverables
  • Ensure programs adhere to risk, compliance, privacy regulations and policies
  • Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor
  • Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff


Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:
  • Experience in Product Management, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:
  • Treasury Management product experience
  • Direct Check Collections experience, including efficiencies in check processing and check image capture solutions
  • Project Management experience including use of Agile methodology
  • Experience in creating, managing and enhancing product Risk Controls
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Experience developing solutions for complex client relationships
  • Ability to work and influence various levels of leadership both internally and externally
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with internal stakeholders across the enterprise
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills


Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
