Hybrid workforce:

Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office. While this position allows remote work, we require Team Members to live within a commutable distance from one of our locations to ensure you are available to come into the office as needed.

Job Summary:

The Senior Product Manager leads the strategy, development, and execution of our OnePACS solution. The Senior Product Manager will have a strong background in healthcare technology and a deep understanding of clinical imaging workflows. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure our OnePACS solution meets the evolving needs of our clients and remains at the forefront of industry innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, manage, and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases.
  • Create the business case for investments that captures and conveys the problem or opportunity, benefits, risks, ROI analysis and formation, recommended solution, impact on operations, and organizational capability to deliver the project outcomes to gain internal approval.
  • Propose a product marketing plan and budget and then deliver against it.
  • Create and/or maintain user journey maps and personas.
  • Write Product Requirements and Market Requirements documents.
  • Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for the OnePACS solution.
  • Collaborate with engineering, clinical teams, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Define success metrics and analyze product performance data to guide continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Promote the product to sales teams through sales training sessions, webinars, newsletters, and other mechanisms.
  • Contribute to the development of and deliver training on new features and functionality to operations teams.
  • Represent the product in senior-level management meetings.
  • Evangelize the product internally and externally.
  • Be recognized as a leader in the business and build relations with business stakeholders.
  • Own product line financials.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, similar, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Travel:

  • Ability to travel as needed.


Experience:

  • Five years of progressive product management experience in healthcare technology or clinical imaging solutions.
  • Three years specifically managing PACS, RIS, imaging workflow products, or similar imaging informatics solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading product initiatives from concept through successful launch and market adoption in healthcare settings.
  • Experience working directly with clinical stakeholders (radiologists, imaging technologists, clinicians, etc.) and translating clinical needs into technical requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional collaboration with engineering, clinical operations, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Experience navigating regulatory requirements (HIPAA, FDA 510(k), DICOM standards) relevant to medical imaging software.
  • Deep understanding of clinical imaging workflows, PACS/RIS integration, and image data management.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and their practical applications in healthcare IT systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret clinical usage data, imaging workflow analytics, and translate them into actionable product strategies.
  • Ability to define clear, outcome-oriented product roadmaps aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Pragmatic, data-driven approach to decision-making with an emphasis on delivering measurable clinical and operational value.

Master's degree (MBA, Healthcare Informatics, or similar).

  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Software that healthcare providers use to input patient data, such as medical history, diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and test results.
  • Patient Engagement (PE): Software that shows patients the wait times at various clinics, allows patients to reserve a spot in line if there's a wait, and book the appointment.
  • Practice Management (PM): Software that the clinic front desk staff uses to register the patient once they arrive for their appointment.
