About The Role
Thesis is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our growing Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our end-to-end digital journey: from driving users to our website, to maximizing their experience once they're there, and cultivating long-term customer relationships to build loyalty and advocacy. You will use qualitative and quantitative data to articulate product strategies, develop smart tests, and measure our success to ensure we prioritize innovative, high-impact work. You'll manage product development from discovery to launch, collaborate cross-functionally with many different internal teams, and become the expert on our customer. This role has a broad remit, which means no two days will be the same. The ideal candidate has prior e-commerce product management experience and is looking for an opportunity to grow their scope and impact.

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and equity. The base salary hiring range for this position is $165,000 - $175,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience.

About The Role

How You'll Make an Impact:
- Define and manage the product roadmap for new product and features, including owning defining product features and managing a backlog and sprint plan
- Partner with Engineering and Product Design on all ceremonies across the product development lifecycle
- Drive our experimentation practices to balance quantity with quality and ensure actionable learnings; think creatively and resourcefully about the best way to solve problems
- Thoughtfully use data to make decisions, using a variety of qualitative and quantitative validation methods, and knowing that data is a powerful tool but not the answer
- Size business impact and technical complexity of potential product opportunities to inform prioritization, taking into account our strategic priorities and customer needs
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects, gathering appropriate inputs and driving work across various teams to achieve objectives in a timely manner
- Engage with industry trends and emerging technologies within e-commerce and customer relationship building to identify opportunities to improve our technology stack
We're Excited About Your:
- 5-7 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in e-commerce
- Prior experience managing subscription / recurring revenue businesses is preferred
- Deep knowledge of the e-commerce stack and product development software, including Shopify, Recharge, Figma, JIRA, and web analytics tools
- Demonstrated success working with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to ship products that deliver results
- Strong consumer intuition and curiosity about what motivates online behavior
- Ability to execute on multiple complex projects / features simultaneously
- Razor-sharp attention to detail and ability to consider end-to-end implications
- Strong analytical skills; demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision-making in product development
- Executive presence-you pride yourself on your ability to communicate and distill complex information to different audiences
- Ownership mentality-you are a self-starter and demonstrate a strong bias for action
