To help us continue to grow our offerings, we are in search of an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our multi-disciplinary development team. As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in healthcare product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. You're a highly skilled analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production - from conception through release. You may already be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve consumer experience and grow market share.

Objectives of this Role:
- Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company.
- Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective.
- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation.
- Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they're successful achieved.
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for product communications, including but not limited to release notes, progress updates, customer meetings.
- Process change requests and manage a project's scope, implementation, and deployment.
- Complete understanding of SDLC, QA processes and Agile development methodologies is required.
What you will be doing:
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for Cerebrum EMR and Cerebrum DICOM Viewer, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, release notes, and product launch.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering team.
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
- Demonstrate expertise in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, with a strong ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive and seamless interactions.
- Represent AwareMD by engaging customers to solicit feedback on company products and services and share progress updates.
Outcomes:
- Successfully migrate a forked Cerebrum instance to C3 and consolidate all customers onto 1 platform in the 2025 calendar year.
- Optimize Cerebrum user workflows, reducing administrative burden and friction, striving towards a delightful customer experience and standard healthcare NPS score.
- Incremental product development quality and delivery time improvements, measured quarter over quarter
- Implement and support an agile framework for product development and provide executive leadership reporting on delivery rate, post release bugs, and velocity.
- Strengthen team collaboration and efficiency by delivering product and project management views for internal and external stakeholders.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in software product design or engineering
- Proven work experience in project and product management using tools such as JIRA.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate progress and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and modern technologies
- Highly effective cross-functional team management
- Previous experience delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.
- Master's degree in product design or engineering
- Previous software and web development experience
