For California-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $117,000/year. The maximum salary for this position $234,000/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
For Colorado-based employment: The target salary range is $99,000 - $198,000. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.

What You Will Do
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for VIZIO's Identity Services and clean room offerings.
- Serve as the liaison between the Product and Business teams to align business objectives with data collection and technical implementation.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and integrations to deliver maximum value to our clients.
- Design and execute a comprehensive data strategy leveraging VIZIO's first-party data to build a robust, multi-layered identity spine.
- Develop strategic partnerships and a data ecosystem to enrich VIZIO's identity graph through third-party data sources.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of VIZIO's identity data with external data sources via clean rooms.
- Analyze and optimize data processes to improve data quality, accessibility, and usability for internal teams and external partners.
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement identity solutions that enhance targeting, personalization, and measurement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, privacy regulations, and emerging technologies related to identity resolution and data privacy.
- Provide thought leadership on best practices in identity management, data integration, and consumer privacy.
About You
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in identity, audience, or digital advertising.
- Expertise in identity resolution, audience segmentation, and a strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for identity management.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and technologies used in the advertising ecosystem.
