Who You Are
You are a strategic thinker with a strong background in product management, data integration, and enterprise data solutions. You're excited by the possibilities unlocked by Big Data Solutions. You thrive in a high integrity, fast paced, transparent environment. You will report to the VP of Product, Data Solutions, within our Product Practice. You will lead efforts to develop and advance Horizon's client data driven needs.

You are a team player who loves putting together all the right pieces of a complex puzzle. With a focus on creating new product features and integrating enterprise products, you will support an agile process of rapid development of data solutions. You will directly impact the success and adoption of our data products by connecting the dots between what experience our users are seeking and how we deliver the best experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in big data, marketing technology, and addressable marketing. This role will focus on building features in our blu. platform, holistically gathering feedback from stakeholders, UAT members, and data scientists to identify opportunities withing product user experience. This role is responsible for supervising a business analyst who supports the agile process with storytelling, solution design and execution.

What You'll Do:

Storytelling For Our Users: (35%)

  • Lead the development and implementation of new product features through the integration of enterprise data.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to identify opportunities for product enhancements.


  • Share the Users POV with Leadership through creative storytelling and data-driven analysis


Investigative Solution Design: (35%)

  • Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives, effort and reward.


  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals.


  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities.


  • Investigate and evaluate potential new data sources that would enhance our data portfolio.


Execute With Integrity: (30%)

  • Oversee the entire feature lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.


  • Monitor and measure the performance of launched features, using insights to drive continuous improvement.


  • Create strong relationships with cross-functional leaders to ensure user adoption and improve training and education.


  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and other team members.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.


  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, preferably in data integration and/or enterprise data solutions.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.


  • Experience with enterprise data integration and data-driven product development.


  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.


  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.


  • Experience with data engineering and data integration projects.


  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and data-driven marketing strategies.


  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in big data and enterprise data solutions.

Salary Range
$135,000.00 - $150,000.00

A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual's skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role. As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
