Salary Range:
$127,000.00 - $165,000.00

Reverb believes in empowered product teams, where Product Management, Design, and Engineering actively partner to solve real customer problems. The Seller Advertising team is focused on building a promoted listings product for our sellers that helps our users achieve their goals - selling faster and more efficiently - while also growing revenue for Reverb.

Reverb's Product organization operates on a six-month planning cycle, where we evaluate how our product initiatives ladder up to overall company goals and user outcomes. Reverb has a lean product team and team scope and domain may be adjusted every 6-18 months. Product leaders who enjoy and are comfortable in ambiguity, learning new skills, and working in multiple problems spaces will thrive in this role.

This is a full-time position based in Chicago, reporting to the Director of Product Management. Our hybrid work model offers flexible workplace policies that can accommodate work from home candidates who are comfortable traveling to the office location 4+ times per month.

Responsibilities
  • Work with team members across the organization to identify and evaluate opportunities to solve user problems and drive revenue growth for Reverb.
  • Build and own an outcome-focused roadmap, weighing competing needs and changing requirements to prioritize the most impactful work.
  • Lead a product team and work with your engineering and design counterparts to deliver against your objectives.
  • Work closely with Analytics to test and measure revenue impact of product changes and enhancements.
  • Ensure priorities are understood across Engineering, Design, Finance, Marketing, Business Development, and other stakeholders.


Qualifications
  • Relevant software/web product management work.
  • Experience with and technical understanding of online advertising tools.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analysis for product planning and determining the impact of projects.
  • A bias for action when facing competing priorities in a way that keeps the team focused, while demonstrating progress to internal partners.
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills.
