- Creation of Global Sites.
- Run Discoveries.
- Decommission Devices.
- Create Reports/Dashboard.
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation and monitoring.
- Integrate Broadcom's Operational Intelligence (OI) with existing monitoring tools using the Broadcom API and JSON.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices in all development activities.
- Implement and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and monitoring processes.
- 3 - 5 years of experience working in an Enterprise NOC / IT Operations environment.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in support and administration of Enterprise Monitoring tools in a NOC / IT Operations environment.
- Strong development skills, including experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PERL, or Python.
- Experience with Broadcom's Operational Intelligence (OI) and integrating it using the Broadcom API with JSON.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- DevOps experience, including working with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Documentation skills.
- bility to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic Knowledge and Familiarity in supporting applications running on Linux and Windows systems.
- Basic Knowledge and Familiarity with Networks and Servers (Windows, Linux, Unix, AIX).
- Previous experience working in ticket management systems such as BMC Remedy.
- 3 - 5 years of experience supporting Monitoring Tools such as Broadcom DxNetOps (Spectrum, Performance Center), Micro Focus Network Node Manager, IBM Tivoli NetCool.
- Experience with integrating and automating monitoring solutions using Broadcom's OI.
