We are looking for a Senior Production Analyst to support a sales team that specializes in delivering various mortgage products to multifamily clients. The Production Analyst will be based in our New York City headquarters.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete and/or review the initial analysis of proposed transactions.
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team and Greystone producers to produce sized cash flows in the sizing model and prelim summaries of potential deals.
  • Issue soft quotes and applications after prelim analysis is completed.
  • Keep the transaction managers and clients/originator apprised of progress at the prelim stage.
  • Prepare due diligence checklist and forms.
  • Recommend and establish processes and procedures that improve operational efficiency.
  • Handle other duties/projects across the team and their platform as needed and assigned.


Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Undergraduate degree in real estate, finance, or related field.
  • 3 years of prior work experience in Real Estate Finance.
  • Passion for commercial real estate proven through prior internships and coursework.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Conscientious, dedicated, and reliable work ethic.
  • Highly organized and capable of prioritizing and executing multiple assignments simultaneously.

Greystone offers a competitive base salary and bonus. The base salary range for this position is $87,000 to $92,000/year. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidates' qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the annual review process.
