Senior Production/Manufacturing Engineer

TriVector Services, Inc., is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Senior Production/Manufacturing Engineerposition.

Description/Duties:

The Senior Production/Manufacturing Engineer's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in Execution of Acquisition and System Lifecycle activities.
• Lead Integrated Product Team covering areas including but not limited to: Systems Engineering, System Integration, and Testing.
• Engage as Government representative for key areas: prototype testing, design reviews, risk reviews, contractor trade studies, and other contractor design & development efforts.
• Engagement in Working Groups focused on Production activities for Next Generation Interceptor.
• Conduct or direct review Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Objective Evidence (OE).
• Ensure continuous engineering oversight and management of Prime Developer contractor deliverables.
• Working with Prime Developer to establish and maintain a production line over a multi-year lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have an ACTIVE Secret security clearance or higher.
• Candidate should have a Master's Degree in an associated field.
• 12+ years of related experience in Production and Lifecycle Engineering is required.
• Candidate must have demonstrated experience in Production engineering evaluation and assessments (develop courses of action and make recommendations base on experience and Subject Matter Expertise).
• Demonstrated Experience in Aerospace Industry Production (Large Aircraft, Rockets, Missiles, Spacecraft) is a requirement.
• Candidate must have experience leading a collaborative team (dispersed team of Government, Contractors, Prime Developers).
• Good oral and written communication skills (demonstrated experience briefing CEO and/or General Officer level) is required.
• Candidate must have the ability to work independently and/or lead technical team toward Goals and Objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• MS Highly Desired, BS w/ 20+ years of experience will be considered.
• Top-Secret security clearance Highly Desired; Secret clearance will be considered.
• Preferred skills: MDA Experience; Technical Engineering Reviews (System Requirements Review, Preliminary & Critical Design Reviews); Program Office Reviews; Engineering Review Boards (ERBs).
