Are you passionate about driving growth and change? As a Senior Program & Implementation Manager, you will lead the implementation of a complex portfolio of technology projects, leveraging economies of scale across diverse partners. You will drive a digital transformation program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while collaborating with executive leadership on change management, communication, and risk mitigation. Your role will encompass overseeing the implementation of projects in software development, data migration, and infrastructure services. The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $109,000.00 - $155,000.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $92,000.00 - $132,000.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

  • Partner with sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers to plan and implement a multi-year, multi-million-dollar program using detailed roadmaps, key phases, and success metrics.
  • Develop a comprehensive and equitable organizational change plan, including strategies to support change, transition initiatives and engage leadership
  • Develop and manage the budget for the program and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with technical and non-technical individuals from IT, Product Teams, Vendors, Delta Dental Plans Association (DDPA), and business partners
  • Work with assigned project managers and key partners to identify, analyze, evaluate, and overcome risks, impacts and opportunities across multiple projects within the organization
  • Align anticipated program and project outcomes with broader organizational goals and initiatives; "big picture thinking"
  • Produce program reports for management and partners

Experience, skills, and education do you need to have to succeed in the position: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher. Experience may substitute for a college degree.
  • Experience in program management and implementation, driving large-scale technical initiatives, preferably in multi-year enterprise systems such as claims systems, ERP, ERM, or CRM.
  • Experience in planning and handling business carve-out or merger/acquisition activities, preferred
  • Ability to manage executive level communications
  • Experience with Product methodology and LEAN methods including Agile development and continuous process improvement, preferred
  • Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively across all audiences, both orally and in writing, to influence, inspire, and drive alignment on objectives with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Ability to respond quickly to changing circumstances, make decisions, and navigate projects and people through roadblocks
  • Comfortable with change and uncertainty; encourages the opportunity to try new things; innovative demeanor
  • Adaptable, self-starter with the ability to build structure out of ambiguity
  • Experience in regulated industries is beneficial
