Senior Program Analyst

ICI Services is an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment support to government customers. We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support our Navy customer Washington, DC

Security Clearance:

Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Position/Job Description: General Tasking Description:

• Collect, Review, and Analyze Information: Gather and evaluate data to support Government decision-making.
• Develop Solutions to Problems: Identify organizational issues and develop effective solutions.
• Organizational Understanding: Understand the nature of the organization, including its internal structure and external relationships.
• Prepare Reports and Presentations: Prepare detailed written reports and deliver oral presentations of findings and recommendations.
• Interview and Observation: Conduct interviews with managers and employees and observe operations to collect relevant data.
• Support Implementation of Recommendations: Assist in implementing the recommendations based on analysis and findings.
• Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze relevant data, including financials, employment, or operational metrics, and develop mathematical models to support recommendations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on analysis and recommendations.

Experience Requirements:

• Demonstrated knowledge of DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process).
• Experience in surface combatant ships.
• 15 years of relevant professional experience.

Educational & Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
