MSRC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to provide U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) Science and Technology (S&T) Portfolio and Programs support for Army Air and Missile Defense. The selected candidate will provide:
- Programmatic support including white papers, action items, SIGACTS, EXSUMS, and other quick response tasks.
- Capability gap, technology needs, and requirements assessments.
- Comparative analysis of candidate systems, components, and approaches for technical feasibility, compatibility, and cost effectiveness.
- Coordination with government and contractor team members to generate project documentation, including strategies, plans, and reports.
- Interface with numerous industry vendors on Air and Missile Defense technology development requirements, efforts and proposals.
- Project execution, planning, tracking, and reporting, including IMS and Risk management.
- Informational and decision briefs for senior leaders.
- IPT and stakeholder coordination support.
- Technology Transition Planning for Program of Record insertion.
Education:
- BA, BS, MA or MS
Required Skills:
- 20+ years of relevant experience supporting a DoD Program Office or Army / military experience
- Technical experience in Army Fires, AMD, or related lab experience preferred.
- Air Defense Expertise across one or more of a range of technical areas including missile component technologies, air defense command and control, and air defense radar.
- Ability to interface with external stakeholders, including PEO Missile and Space, PM SHIELD, and AvMC team members to shape portfolio direction and achieve team consensus on initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Candidate must currently possess and be able to maintain an active security clearance.
