Job Summary:

The Sr Program Analyst will play a critical role in the support of efforts for a government customer. The position demands a dynamic and seasoned leader with an extensive background in project management, analysis, government processes, and technology portfolio management. With a focus on NAVAIR & Government Processes, the role is pivotal in driving efficiency, innovation, and collaboration across our multi-disciplinary teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment and Decision Making
  • Ensure the alignment of the technology investment portfolio with the broader business strategy.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform conclusions and drive key business decisions.


Program & Project Management
  • Provide superior leadership in managing intricate projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Head project life cycles, support forecasting, planning, reporting, and billing requirements.


Collaboration & Relationship Building
  • Establish and nurture collaborative relationships both internally and with external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to bridge information gaps and to convey organizational priorities, policies, procedures, decisions, goals, and issues.


Technology Scouting & Analysis
  • Identify technology gaps, scout potential solutions, and present options for leadership review and approval.
  • Analyze program management plans and facilitate key improvements to optimize processes.


Team Leadership & Development
  • Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient task delegation, time management, and evaluations.
  • Work closely with engineering teams and providing a variety of support, analysis and program management for technical and administrative systems.


Change Control & Problem Solving
  • Respond swiftly to emerging program needs, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex problems and ensure compliance with company and government regulations.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • A Master's in Business Administration will be considered with substantial relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including roles in program & project management, technology portfolio management, and leadership capacities.
  • Expertise in NAVAIR & Government Processes.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and technology portfolios.
  • Strong familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Defense Travel System (DTS), and ACQ 101.
  • Military or defense background.
  • Must hold a TS/SCI Clearance.
