Description:

The Senior Program Director (SPD) of Behavioral Health Operations is responsible for overseeing operational facets of the programs including compliance, financial, and administrative services. Builds key relationships with all significant stakeholders (internal & external) including funders, licensing agents, school and community leaders, families, participants, program directors, staff and relevant department leads and supervisors. Strategizes with appropriate personnel to ensure the optimal delivery of high-quality services across the behavioral health clinics. Responsible for the strategic oversight of monitoring budget, audits and all components of Program compliance.

Essential Functions:
Provide leadership, guidance, and support on clinic operational issues and work to remove administrative barriers to efficient delivery of services, ensuring the overall success of the clinics.
Support program operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and achievement of outcome, utilization rate, census, and productivity goals.
Ensure the cost-effective delivery of high-quality services to the clients served by the programs and the effective operation of the programs.
In collaboration with the finance department, participate in effective budgeting,forecasting, and financial planning for behavioral health services.
Oversee and ensure adherence to grant and funding requirements, including comprehensive reporting and compliance management.
Prepare programs for audits and meet with auditors from various regulatory agencies.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal behavioral health regulations.
Develop and implement response and/or change of policies/procedures to meetregulatory requirements.
Meet performance expectations/metrics, as defined for the position within the assigned programs.
Communicate program aspects throughout the agency and oversee communityengagement and outreach.
Assist in the implementation and integration of innovative technologies to enhance behavioral health services.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the agency policies and applicable laws.
Deep understanding and knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) where applicable.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration or related field.
Licensure and/or certification may be required.
5 years' experience in a similar role, minimum of 2 years' supervising staff.
Demonstrated competence in counseling, supervision, and working knowledge ofcommunity program administration and planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to plan and carry out assignments independently
Ability to prioritize, adhere to timelines and multi-task.

Qualifications Preferred:
Bilingual in one or more of the following: Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bengali or other as needed by community.
Master's Degree Social Work LCSW with SIFI certification.
