The Electronic Payments Program Manager will oversee various electronic payment channels ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients and accomplish the business objectives. This individual will identify trends in errors or issues, determine the root cause, develop remediation plans, and ensure completion of plans. This individual will also provide oversight and coordination with product development teams specific to enhancements of the electronic payment systems. He or she will contribute to product related discussions regarding electronic payment adoption and lead efforts to assist, where necessary.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Card Payments & Third-party ACH
  • Streamline and oversee client onboarding and support processing with third-party payment processors.
  • Work with the client onboarding teams and third-party processors to improve established onboarding processes.
  • Develop and oversee processes to ensure onboarding and support cases are tracked and resolved efficiently and timely.
  • Serve as an escalation point of contact to the customer support team for any client related support issues that require direct engagement with the third-party processor.
  • Work with processor to create visibility into SLA performance and report to company.


BillPay
  • Develop processes to drive electronic conversion of BillPay payments submitted through Fiserv Checkfree or Mastercard RPPS.
  • Work with the client onboarding teams to build and enhance client onboarding processes to ensure all new clients are loaded onto the BillPay processors, Fiserv Checkfree and Mastercard RPPS.
  • Manage activities related to the ongoing maintenance of BillPay clients including the scrub file process, uploading new associations and optimizing input validation criteria.


AP Payments
  • Working with Training and Implementation, streamline and oversee client onboarding and support processing with third-party payment processor.
  • Work with the client onboarding teams and third-party processor to improve established onboarding processes.
  • Develop and oversee processes to ensure onboarding and support cases are tracked and resolved efficiently and timely.
  • Audit payment activity for evidence of delayed payments and work with third-party payment processor to remediate.
  • Support Commission reporting process with third-party payment processor through monthly reporting of customer activity on AP Payment solutions
  • Serve as an escalation point of contact to the customer support team for any client related support issues that require direct engagement with the third-party processor.
  • Work with processor to create visibility into SLA performance and report to company.
