ECS is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, GEOINT Advanced Analytics and Special Programs to work in our Fairfax, VA office.
The ECS Federal Defense and Intelligence Business Unit, Data and AI Service Lince, has a need for a Sr. PM for GEOINT Advanced Analytics and Special Programs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Revenue and the Gross Margin of program as it is forecasted and transitioned to you as a Sr. PM.
- Protect business base by ensuring the survival of 100% of your business throughout this year and into next year through the exercising of an option year, obligation of bridge funding or the award of a re-compete.
- Physically become part of your delivery teams. Get onsite. Meet clients on a regular and face-to-face basis. Develop true partnerships with each of the direct and in-direct clients. Meet with staff members individually and as teams, and do so on a regular and face-to-face basis.
- Present bi-weekly Program Management Reviews (PMRs) to the Executive Leadership Team for every active billable project. Financial summary of your portfolio, face-to-face meetings conducted with clients and staff, work performed, and deliverables accomplished are all part of your PMRs.
- Comply with contract terms and conditions; work collaboratively with the COR to define and execute all reports and other deliverables.
- Ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365-day requirements and priorities as identified by Leadership.
- Coordinate work schedules for contractor personnel provided under the billable contract.
- Responsible for the overall RFQ performance and quality assurance.
- Maintain a qualified and certified, as appropriate, Contractor work force to meet the Government's needs under this RFQ.
- Provide timekeeping and invoicing for labor hours, travel and ODCs, if any.
- Orally present and communicate instructions, and in writing reports or documents that convey the findings/results of analysis to non-technical audiences.
- Shall work collaboratively with the COR and Government Leads to define and execute all reports and other deliverables.
- Provide the Task Lead(s) and COR with cost and staffing estimates relative to the completion of existing tasks, as well as the possible addition of future tasks.
- Support the Gov Task Lead(s) and COR by providing information related to the performance and/or status of all current tasks and assignments.
- Plan, organize, direct and support all activities identified in individual or multiple delivery/task order(s).
- Review work discrepancies.
- Prepare, review and submit required reports and communicating policies, purpose and goals of the organization to subordinates.
- Ensure that program/project schedule, performance and deliverables are met.
- Provide direct supervision, program control, scheduling and management of the team consistent with priorities and assignments by the Government program.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Top-Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility
- BA/BS degree or higher in business administration, geospatial analysis, technical communication, or equivalent combination of education and experience in these or other related fields.
- 15+ years applicable experience
- Experience managing 50+ employees
- Must have experience working in the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), and other Intelligence Community partners on data sharing, cross-org mission synchronization, and system integration
- Must have demonstrated experience and tacit knowledge of enterprise sensitive operating environments and tools to process TCPED cycle on CAP/SAP/ACCM data
- Must have demonstrated experience and tacit knowledge of leveraging the motion GEOINT data sets to drive overhead collection to enhance all-domain target custody
- Must have the ability to develop, mange, and adapt enterprise, platform, and research IT infrastructure to streamline and fuse GEOINT and non-GEOINT data from disparate sources to improve space, counter-space, and near-earth resiliency
- Open to traveling within the Washington DC Metro Area, and St. Louis, MO
- Must be able to demonstrate working and leading a team who supports a 24/7 operational environment and working on call rotation
- Ability to communicate and relate to experts in GEOINT/Geospatial advanced analysis, engineering, development, agile, and data management and analysis
- Demonstrated leadership in critical and strategic thinking and strong relationship management
- Proven ability to lead change across large platforms and functional areas using innovative technology and management solutions
- Ability to develop actionable plans while working with busy experts
- Confronts difficult problems in a positive and creative way
- Balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly
- GEOINT Professional Certification - Foundational (GPC-F)
- Experience with standard and non-standard GEOINT data and data sets across all classification domains
- Experience with CAP, SAP, ACCM, and STO programs and projects in the US I.C. and DoD/DIE
