Primary Purpose
The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing complex programs and strategic customers within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to drive the successful delivery of programs that align with the company's business objectives. The Sr. Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage customers, and ensure that all program milestones are achieved on time and within scope as well as ensuring department's financial forecast is met. The Sr. Program Manager will manage all aspects of complex strategic programs from inception to conclusion. Develops training curriculum to new and junior levels.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage strategic customers to ensure program's goals are met
- Develop and execute program strategies and plans to meet organizational goals
- Lead the planning and implementation of programs for strategic customers
- Define and maintain standards of project management within the organization
- Revise and/or creates new procedures to align with department goal and improve efficiency
- Develop full scale project plans
- Create, plan and manage project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and supports to project team as well as junior team members
- Facilitate and troubleshoot the myriad of problems associated with developing complex systems or with coordinating and development, and design projects
- Establish and maintain liaison as required with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies and procedures
- Monitor all customer fee for service milestone and ensure they are both completed and billed on time.
- At the point of contact on assigned programs, perform a variety of highly skilled duties such as assembling, coordinating and managing multidisciplinary technical review teams
- Other responsibilities will be assigned as needed basis
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years' experience in project management
- Preferred : pharmaceutical, OTC, and/or cosmetic industry experience is a plus
