Responsibilities
- Manage delivery and projects for a retail client of ours, exercising your expertise in e-commerce and/or retail
- Evaluate the current state of the client's digital project, program, and portfolio practices
- Manage day-to-day operations for large-scale program teams, including external vendors and partner organizations
- Coordinate complex project plans, identifying and capturing dependencies and deliverables, tracking teams against the plan
- Host regular meetings to gather and communicate status, plan changes
- Manage concise definition of scope across the entire program
- Define and lead communication activities to create transparent reporting and escalation structures
- Create and maintain documentation relevant to the management of the program and associated projects
- Understand primary business objectives, articulating and implementing associated metrics and measurement and reporting processes
- Identifying and gathering input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirements
- Work with the client and Account Management teams on planning against a roadmap
- Work with Project Management to define an actionable plan to achieve the desired business results
- Travel to client site to conduct program management responsibilities
Requirements
- 10-15 years of program, project, or delivery management experience with large-scale projects
- Knowledge of one of the following areas: Retail, E-commerce, Digital Consulting
- Proven history in managing multiple projects at once with touchpoints at various levels within a project
- Experience working with different disciplines to organize a successful delivery based on EPAM solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly skilled in stakeholder management, change management, and problem-solving
- Agile thinking and agility in goal achievement
