The Senior Program Specialist will be responsible for leading initiatives that support Program and Project Managers within the Project Management organization, as well as cross functional departments across Clever Devices under the Project Services team of the Project Management Organization. The Senior Program Specialist utilizes a datadriven approach to pull together trends and insights that lead to long term efficiency gain and benefit realization. Using project data, lessons learned, process improvement and best practices to make future customer-facing projects more productive and costefficient. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual that can assist in project delivery process and procedures to assist in making sure that each project is completed on time and at or under budget.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Developing and managing projects and change initiatives to include planning, performing, and implementing process supporting the delivery organization.
  • Establish, lead, and execute initiatives supporting labor estimation, WBS, and project deliverable management for pricing requests and RFPs.
  • Develop and lead processes for resource management and resource planning leveraging ETC/EAC data, and project forecasts and pre-sale opportunity forecast.
  • Establish, lead and execute initiatives supporting program management across customer facing teams for the OEM, Delivery, Support & Service teams.
  • Draft and monitor department processes and procedures to include updates for continuous improvement across the Project Management organization.
  • Work with a wide range of management levels ranging from individual contributors to Executive Leadership Team.
  • Lead regular project team meetings, tracking progress against plan, design robustness, and managing risks to minimize impact to the project plan.
  • Responsible for the design of new tools and solutions as well as making improvements to existing ones to help automate routines.
  • Ability to Travel at least 20% of the time if needed


Skills Required:
  • 7+ years' experience providing administrative and project related support to a PMO
  • MBA degree preferred.
  • Coursework in project management, PMI training or PMP certification desired
  • Expertise with software programs such as SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, Word,
  • PowerPoint, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics/D365 preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with an eye for detail
  • Ability to communicate in a fast paced, highly technical environment
  • Demonstrate experience managing multiple projects and tasks at the same time, adjusting to changing priorities in a fast past environment
  • Strong customer centric mindset
