Overview:

We are actively recruiting a team of experienced, mission-focused Senior Project Manager professional to serve on a nationwide contract. This position plays a central role in overseeing logistics, coordination, and quality assurance of a monitoring effort.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact effort that supports early childhood education oversight and ensures compliance and quality standards across Head Start programs nationwide. Ideal candidates will bring a deep understanding of Head Start policies and operations, with direct experience managing or supporting monitoring, compliance, or technical assistance programs at the federal, regional, or state level.

The Senior Project Manager will serve as the operational lead, translating strategy into execution and overseeing key workstreams including scheduling, logistics coordination, data tracking, and deliverable compliance. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with both programmatic and logistical insight into federal monitoring activities.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of federal or state project management experience, including logistics or compliance-related work.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an applicable area
  • Previous experience supporting or leading state or federal Head Start monitoring visits, training, or reporting activities.
  • Strong knowledge of the Head Start Act, OHS monitoring frameworks, and early childhood accountability systems.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to engage with government partners, field staff, and internal teams.
