About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take charge of high-rise residential projects (20+ storeys) across the Lower Mainland, managing them from design to final delivery. This is a leadership position, where you will guide a team of professionals, drive project success, and play a pivotal role in mentoring junior and intermediate team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of high-rise residential projects, from pre-construction to final handover.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial controls, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.
Oversee and manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations.
Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges, ensuring seamless project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
Ensure strict adherence to BC Building Codes, construction regulations, and company quality standards.
Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Communicate project updates, cost reports, and progress tracking to senior leadership and stakeholders.
What You Bring:
10+ years of experience managing high-rise residential construction projects.
Proven track record overseeing high-rise projects (20+ storeys) from start to finish as the lead project manager.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a talent for motivating and managing teams.
In-depth knowledge of BC Building Codes, high-rise construction regulations, and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve complex challenges.
Expertise in budget and schedule management, with a focus on cost control and risk mitigation.
Established relationships with local high-rise residential trades and consultants.
