We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Hyderabad/ Bangalore/Pune.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead project from concept through completion through the project life cycle while meeting scope, schedule, and resource targets while achieving the desired business results
• Create and manage all project management plans including scope, time, cost, risk, quality management plans
• Maintain complete control of project schedules, project resources, budget, and risk issues while facilitating timely discussions and decisions to identify project risks
• Lead meetings between stakeholders, resources, senior managers, and executives
• Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status and requirements is an important part of the job
• Facilitate communication across teams and communicate updates to the Program Manager and Project Sponsors
• Ensure project requirements are met, the scope is contained, and milestones are kept
• Conduct various reviews and sign/off workshops

Required Skill:

• Minimum 5 years Oracle ERP project management experience
• Minimum 5 years consulting experience
• Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle software implementations
• Strong customer service orientation with strong written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of Standard Waterfall or Agile project implementation methodology
• Project Management Certification desirable
• Previous experience in Oracle GTM or OTM is desirable
