Triton Environmental, LLC ("Triton")is actively searching for a Senior Project Manager to join our Site Assessment and Remediation team in Guilford, Connecticut. What you'll do
- Manage site assessment and remediation projects including Transfer Act and Brownfields sites in Connecticut and other nearby States, developing site characterization work plans, evaluating site characterization data, development of remedial plans, coordinating with regulatory agencies, and implementing remediation projects.
- Collaborate with other Assessment/Remediation team members to review and revise written work products.
- Coordinate subcontractors including drilling and remediation contractors and laboratories.
- Coordinate scheduling to meet client's deadlines.
- Analyze data, prepare client reports, and communicate with clients.
- Review and interpret federal, state, and local regulations to apply to a range of client's operations, equipment, and circumstances.
- Respond to requests from clients or regulators on data or information provided in communications, reports, etc.
- Mentor junior staff and delegate tasks to foster junior staff career development.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other True Environmental LEPs and project managers.
Required Qualifications
- Connecticut Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP)
- 8+ years experience in the field of site characterization and remediation with experience implementing Connecticut Remediation Standard Regulations.
- Degree in a related scientific field.
- Experience with the applicable regulatory processes of the Property Transfer Program, and Voluntary Remediation Programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with development of Environmental Land Use Restrictions and Connecticut Brownfields Cleanup Programs.
- High degree of motivation, strategic planning, self-starting capability and able to work autonomously;
- Project management experience including deliverables, schedules, and budgets
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
