Estimate, design, and manage installations of large-scale, complex Access Control and CCTV infrastructure that is integrated with live monitoring stations. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will serve as the local team lead for U.S. implementations, taking ownership of project execution, technical quality, and team coordination.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will serve as the local team lead for U.S. implementations, taking ownership of project execution, technical quality, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Service, Installation, Procurement, IT, and Engineering teams.
- Work with the Senior Operations Manager to identify hiring needs, build scalable teams, and conduct performance reviews.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate field staff and subcontractors in a team-oriented environment.
- Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and performance excellence.
Project Management
- Estimate, design, and manage large-scale security infrastructure projects.
- Plan and coordinate multiple concurrent installations while managing timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Track and report project budgets and performance metrics in collaboration with the accounting department.
- Develop and enforce SOPs and implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry and company standards.
- Generate installation drawings, quotations, and work orders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and oversee on-site commissioning and audits.
Operations & Process Improvement
- Negotiate with sub-trades to ensure quoted scope aligns with actual requirements and deliverables.
- Design systems, improve existing processes, and create training resources.
- Conduct installation audits and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven success managing complex technical projects from conception through completion.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Expertise in Access Control and CCTV systems.
- Experience managing subcontractors, timelines, and budgets.
- Ability to create technical documentation, drawings, and installation instructions.
- "Get-it-done-right and on-time" mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience working in environments involving live monitoring or mission-critical systems.
- Background in engineering, IT systems, or security infrastructure.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and security industry standards.
- Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Private Security License - active preferred, or must be able to obtain.
- Ability to serve as the company's RME (Responsible Managing Employee) or RMO (Responsible Managing Officer) for state licensing, if required.
