About You

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager & Business Development Lead "Seller-Doer" to lead industrial piping projects from inception to completion while driving business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, deep knowledge of industrial pipe fabrication, and the ability to cultivate and secure new business opportunities. This dual-role position requires a proactive leader capable of managing projects and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities

Project Management
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of industrial pipe fabrication projects.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and fabrication teams to optimize project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality control policies.
  • Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Business Development & Sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial piping and fabrication sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and technical presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure new projects that align with the company's growth strategy.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote company services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to develop strategic growth initiatives.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial pipe fabrication, construction, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in project management with successful project completions.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of piping systems, welding processes, and industrial fabrication methods.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to industrial piping projects.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent project management training is preferred.
  • Experience in estimating and proposal development is preferred
  • Strong network within the industrial construction, oil & gas, power, chemical or manufacturing sectors is preferred. Mission Critical network relationships is a strong plus.
