Senior Project Manager (Mandarin-Speaking)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who is fluent in Mandarin to drive project execution, coordinate across global teams, and ensure the successful delivery of our next-generation gaming experiences.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in gaming, technology, or entertainment.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and design.
• Strong understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies and experience leading sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required to collaborate effectively with overseas teams and partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to identify roadblocks, risks, and dependencies and drive solutions to keep projects on track.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on B2C gaming or poker-related products.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and software engineering workflows.
• Experience conducting post-mortems and process improvements to optimize team efficiency.
