As the Senior Project Manager on our Creative Services Marketing team, you'll lead the planning, execution, and oversight of high-impact creative initiatives. You'll play a key role in aligning projects with business objectives, streamlining workflows, and driving continuous improvement across teams. In This Role
  • Lead high-visibility Creative Services projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing priorities
  • Establish best practices for project management to drive operational efficiency within the Creative Services team
  • Partner with leadership to define project scope, priorities, and impact, ensuring strategic alignment with overarching business objectives
  • Develop all appropriate project documentation, including campaign plans, strategic decks, budgets, schedules, status reports, and post project outcome to optimize workflow
  • Manage complex budgets, including forecasting, invoicing, and vendor negotiations, to ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Improve resource allocation strategies, identifying gaps and mitigating workload imbalances to ensure continuous process improvement
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure quality production
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for stakeholders, proactively communicating project progress, challenges, and key milestones regarding campaigns
  • Lead cross-functional team collaboration by providing clear communication, setting expectations, ensuring accountability, and managing strategic discussions to drive high-priority initiatives and facilitate stakeholder engagement
  • Mentor junior project managers, supporting their development and improving operational efficiency

The Ideal Person
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, creative operations, or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, project management, creative operations, or a related field
  • Proficient in marketing project management software, collaboration tools, and Microsoft 365 Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority campaigns in fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of marketing channels (digital, social, print, experiential) and best practices
  • Proven experience leading marketing and creative campaigns with executive stakeholders and external partners
  • Experience working with creative teams or agencies, managing workflows and production
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, Agile principles, and process optimization
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows (photo, video, design, copywriting, printing)
  • Strong strategic planning and alignment with business objectives
  • Analytical mindset, leveraging data for marketing decisions and efficiency improvements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and risk assessment skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, including executive presentations
