Senior Project Manager - MDU

Overview of Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our MDU Team. This person will be primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking processes to achieve project goals and ensure successful delivery here at Groove. This person will use their project management and leadership skills to ensure that large-scale, multi-solution projects are completed on time, on budget, and within scope, while also delivering a 5-star customer experience.

What you'll own

• Develop, implement & track processes to achieve goals and project success.
• Grow and lead the project management team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that contribute to the company's growth and success.
• Create strategic and operational plans for large scale projects.
• Lead the end-to-end project management process, from project initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to best practices and project management standards.
• Owns all communication at the project level with the customer.
• Interacts regularly with client(s) to ensure that goals and objectives are established and achieved.
• Tracking project elements and making changes to stay on schedule.
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience by anticipating customer's needs by effectively managing information and following through with challenges to resolutions.
• Plan and effectively support the execution of projects on time & within budget.
• Lead planning and allocation of resources to meet project demands.

Experience and skills you'll have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other appropriate PM certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• 5-10 years of experience managing large-scale/multi-solution projects.
• Solid track record of successfully leading projects from initiation to completion on time, on budget, and within scope, including resource management across multiple technologies.
• Strong Organizational and communication skills.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, embracing challenges.
• Experience managing multiple projects at once
