Project Management
Lead high-priority projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with key operational and business goals.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in line with company strategy.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring project milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and accountability is maintained.
Facilitate and lead meetings, driving execution of action items and follow-ups.
Operational & Strategic Support
Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, executive priorities, and process improvements.
Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize operational performance.
Design and implement streamlined solutions to operational challenges, ensuring efficiency and seamless workflow execution.
Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality in executive discussions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with department executives to drive operational efficiency and execute company-wide initiatives.
Foster alignment across teams to ensure a unified approach to shared organizational goals.
Bring structure, clarity and leadership to complex cross-functional projects.
Mentor and guide junior project management resources in adopting best practices to drive successful project outcomes.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to optimize business performance.
Identify macro organizational trends, risks, and opportunities to drive strategic initiatives.
Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to inform executive decision-making.
Develop dashboards, reports and presentations for executive review to monitor project and operational performance and impact.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
7+ years of experience in project management, focusing on operations or process improvement
Familiarity with healthcare/employee benefits insurance datasets and terminology a plu
Proven track record of leading managing high-priority, cross-functional projects from inception to successful completion
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable and flexible in response to evolving business needs and shifting prioritie
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong background in stakeholder management and collaboration
High level of professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive business information discreetly and confidentially
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to navigate complex operational challenge
PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification a plu
Hands-on experience and proficiency using project management tools (Smartsheet experience preferred)
Experience with data analysis and performance measurement tools (Alteryx and Power BI experience preferred)
Proficient with Microsoft 365 for Enterprise applications, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
