What is the Supplier Risk Management group responsible for?
The Supplier Risk Management group is an enterprise-wide program that spans the lifecycle of third-party supplier relationships to ensure supplier related risks are identified, mitigated and well-managed through every stage of the relationship.

As a Senior Project Manager in the Supplier Risk Management team you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of high-impact projects, including projects focused on supplier risk management program maturity, regulatory compliance, and other risk functional initiatives.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager?
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Developing and managing project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- Communicating project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensuring adherence to project management best practices and standards.
- Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment to drive project success.
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in project management, preferably within the finance or risk management sectors.
- Strong understanding of supplier risk management principles, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- In depth knowledge of European Union Digital Operational Resilience regulation (DORA).
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects from inception to completion, within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure project documentation and reporting accuracy.
- Able to work hybrid schedule in our San Mateo, CA office.
