Senior Project Manager - Talent Strategy is responsible for leading and managing the execution of talent-related initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals. This role will focus on driving projects aimed at enhancing talent acquisition, development, retention, and overall employee engagement. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that optimize the organization's workforce planning and talent management processes. This role will require both strategic thinking and hands-on project management skills to ensure that talent-related projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
