We provide state of the art cloud solutions for the Public Safety market for the acquisition, management, and analysis of digital evidence to global market. These solutions can be tailored to fit with customer's existing systems.
Due to increasing demand for more larger and more complex solutions the global Product Team is expanding its ability to support our regional sales teams in dealing with larger projects.
A successful candidate will have the opportunity to become a key player in rapidly growing business area.

How will you make an impact?
- Provision of support to regional sales teams for specific prospects.
- Pre-sale: Participation in responses to RFI, RFP. Participation in customer Pre-Sales meetings and demonstrations
- Post-sale:
- Executing the Statement of Work
- Working closely with the customer from project inception to closure
- Participation in customer meetings and demonstrations throughout project
- Working with customer teams to develop and finalize detailed design
- Solution delivery
- Managing customer training in preparation for go live.
- Hand-over to Operations and Customer Success Management teams
- Contribution to project completion 'lessons learned' reviews
Have you got what it takes?
- Writing Technical and Functional Proposals
- Project management (systems implementation)
- Working successfully with clients and business partners directly
- Information systems in public safety Examples (RMS, CAD, radio, telephone)
- Law enforcement information systems
- The principles of information systems security
- Use of database systems
- Web, cloud applications
- Network design appreciation
- Microsoft-based operating systems and Azure appreciation
- Policing or criminal justice sector within an IT environment for 6 years or more (ideal)
