Job Overview:
Manage all aspects of assigned projects including managing sub-contractors and vendors. Ensure successful project closeouts; including client training, punch lists, preparation, and submittal of closeout documentation. Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements. Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects, including costs and timing. Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards. Identifying and resolving obstacles to completing projects on time and in budget. May include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.

- Work with external design team to create accurate construction documents
- MEP Drawings
- Specification Book
- Plan Reviews
- Procure all equipment
- Create purchase orders and submit to vendors
- Manage equipment lead times
- Maintain proper equipment ship dates
- Oversee all equipment installation
- Sub-contractor agreements
- Pay requests
- Quality control
- Client Relations
- Maintain relationship with clients
- Create monthly client invoices
- Project Close-out
- End user training
- Financial Audits
- Close out documentation
- Turnover to Facility Relations Team

Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of Project Management or Construction Management experience
- Understanding of the design and construction management process
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
- Must possess good organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to be involved in multiple projects and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of architectural and engineering drawings
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- AutoCAD experience required
- Willing to travel up to 30%
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
