Construction Senior Project Manager
We are looking for a full-time Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout
• Work with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications
• Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors
• Manage budgets and schedules
• Resolve project issues and conflicts
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Experience managing large ground up project ranging from $25-75M
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
